This rock music festival was launched in 2007 at Columbus, Ohio. The first event had a great success and the festival became annual.
The second festival, which took place a year later, was a two-day event. It is to mention, that in 2008, Stone Temple Pilots were on the stage. This band interrupted its hiatus, which lasted for 7 years.
Rock festival gathered around 30 000 fans daily but in the last several years this number increased to 40 000. It is due to the rising popularity of the event as well as due to some changes in the festival’s schedule and format.
Since the first day, there was two stages – one inside the stadium in the end of the soccer field and other outside the construction in the parking place. Since 2009, there was three stages already as Jägermeister Music Stage was added.
In 2011 and 2012 this event expanded to three days including Friday’s pre-party. The owners of the event added four more bands.
