Biography
Future pop star was born in 1994 in Stratford (Canada). Justin took a second place in a local talent’s competition and then became a true YouTube star. Later he signed a contract with Usher and released several singles. Four of them entered Top 40 even before the album appeared.
It is to say that Justin Bieber was a very talented and showed music abilities in the early years. His mother (he was raised by a mom only) offered him a drum kit when he was two years only!
In the age of 12 he became to post clips in which he performed Michael Jackson, Steve Wonder and other starts. Those clips brought true success to young Bieber. His popularity was growing from month to month and lead to a meeting with his future manager who arranged a trip to Atlanta for singer.
His first album was a true hit. “My World” became platinum in Canada in 2009, the year of its release. In addition, the album was so successful that its was sold more than 137 000 copies of CD’s in the first week they appeared in stores. Bieber’s Baby (together with Ludacris) broke into Billboard Top 10.
In 2011 he launched concert documentary “Never Say Never”. This one helped to earn more than 73 million USD. The same year he released another album. Next year he released another hit “Boyfriend”.
Bieber’s popularity had significant impact on private life. In 2011 a woman claimed that Justin was a father of her child. However, DNA tests proved that Bieber was not her child’s father and she dropped her lawsuit. This situation was described in his song “Maria”.
This one was the first of a string of scandals. However, singer released another hit in 2013 “Beauty and the Beat” featuring Nicky Minaj. His behavior was becoming more and more scandalous as he was found (and recorded as well) pissing in a janitor bucket.
In 2015 Bieber returned to a big scene and hit Top 10 with his “Where Are U Now” single (featuring Diplo and Skrillex). His next “What Do You Mean” single hit first place. In 2016 “Where Are U Now” brought Bieber his first Grammy for the Best Dance Recording.
After more than four years of waiting for new music, Bieber’s fifth studio album “Changes” is set to be released on February 14, 2020.
