Brief Review

The group — consisting of Kim Tae-hyung (better known as V), Jung Ho-seok (J-Hope), Kim Nam-joon (RM), Kim Seok-jin (Jin), Park Ji-min (Jimin), Jeon Jung-kook (Jungkook), and Min Yoon-gi (Suga) — have won the Billboard Music Award for Top Social Artist three years in a row.
In May 2019, they became the first band in Billboard history to stay at number one on the Billboard Artist 100 chart for five weeks.
BTS’s Map of the Soul Tour starts less than a year after their last global venture wrapped. The group spent time in both 2018 and 2019 promoting several albums on what was called the Love Yourself Tour. That string of performances started in August 2018 and ended in April 2019, during which time the seven vocalists and dancers played 42 concerts in front of over one million paying customers.

2020 Tour Information

BTS will embark on the Map of the Soul Tour in April, hitting stadiums across South Korea, North America, Europe and Japan. Fifteen of those dates include stadiums in the United States and Canada, marking their most ambitious North American trek to date. And lest anybody question the South Korean septet’s incredible concert draw in North America, half of those dates sold out during their first weekend on sale.
